I always find it the hardest to get any protein in at breakfast😅⠀
I’m not a savory kind of person, so tofu scramble and baked beans are not really an option for me🤷🏻♀⠀
Some days I have some kind of bean cookie dough, but most mornings I’ve found it much more convenient to just add a scoop of protein powder to my oats, smoothies, nicecreams etc.🙋🏻♀⠀
I used chocolate protein powder from @thirdwavenutrition this morning🍫⠀
Just blended it with some frozen bananas and topped it off with some muesli🍌🍫⠀
